[IRCA] Good longwave cx towards Central Europe

At 06:00 UTC this morning, propagation was remarkably good on the 
longwave band towards North / Central Europe revealing Romania 153 again 
with a fair signal and even weak audio from Belarus 279 (around 03:40 
UT) among others. No sign of Moscow 261 however.

Czech Republic on 270 was particularly good:
