I tried to see if I could detect any difference in WOR's signal tonight, but 
they're getting so badly creamed by Cuba that it's impossible to tell.

Although adopting MDCL may have been a factor in KSPN's decision to drop 
IBOC, this move was not mandatory.  WOR obviously is continuing to soldier on 
with IBOC after going to MDCL.
