[IRCA] TP's for Friday 01/06/12

Much improved conditions for TP's this morning.  Dawn enhancement
was working this morning.  HLAZ 1566 had a great signal at times, even
being hear barefoot on the Eton E100.  Surprised to receive Russia on
648.   Strong carriers on 774 and fair carrier on 828, but no audio heard
after 1507 utc. 1541 utc, just a S-9 carrier on 774.  

153      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1434 weak signal with music and talk.
189      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1435 weak signal with woman in Russian.
            Best signal on SW ewe.
279      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1436 weak signal with utility QRM.  Best
            on Sky wire loop.  
594      JAPAN, JOAK NHK 1 1516 weak to fair signal.  Man in Japanese.
648      RUSSIA, 1512-1515 fair signal at times. PALS lists Korean.
657      DPR OF KOREA, 1530 poor signal with music.  
666      JAPAN, JOBK, NHK 1 1521 mostly weak signal with splatter.  Man
            in Japanese.  
774      JAPAN, JOUB NHK 2 1508 S-9+20 carrier, but not audio?  + 1523
            carrier, still no audio.  
828      JAPAN, JOBB NHK 2 1507 poor signal at best.  + 1524 carrier and 
            no audio
1566    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1640-1646 weak audio at  1645
            with music.  High Performance active whip. + weak audio at 1505.
            + 1525 good signal with Chinese.  
1575    THAILAND, VOA 1506 poor signal.
2310    AUSTRALIA, Alice Springs VL8A 1449-1451 weak signal with
            woman and man talking.
2325    AUSTRALIA, Tennant Creek. 1423 weak to fair at times with above
            program.  
2350    DPR OF KOREA, (KCBS) 1455 very weak signal.  
2485    AUSTRALIA, Katherine VL8K 1458 fair signal with announcer
            asking man trivia questions.  
2850    DPR OF KOREA, 1500 threshold audio, notice lately huge drop
            in signal here.  Past seasons signal would be S-9 plus.  
3320    DPR OF KOREA, 1504 good carrier, no audio.
