[IRCA] Re; 1540 (CHIN Toronto)

Hi all on the site If anyone is still looking: HAPPY NEW YEAR from the left coast in Victoria BC 
In the 1540 reports from yesterday and yesteryear someone mentioned CHIN Toronto. Is CHIN  a 24 hour station now? The last time I heard them before 1980 they were a 50 Kw daytimer between 6AM and LSS at which time they left the air after a day of strictly Italian Programs( No Chinese ) and let WPTR( now WDCD) Albany NY into the Toronto area with some top 40 hits.
