WHO's on first? LOL. The station heard while WHO was off air was most likely CKST Van BC since they use a card 5 tower array pushing a tight east-west signal pattern to protect a couple of US stations to the south and sounds like a 1K watter here in Victoria.
TPs from Vic BC at 0:700 to 0:800 PST: Out of a handful of hets heard this morning 972 was the strongest during a series of fades of 970 Portland and with possible audio of woman signing opera style Christmas songs and other stuff but with no talk in non English language so positive ID could not be logged. At 8 AM 972 faded into the approaching daylight. The other hets on 747,1008,and a couple of 1200s did not develop into anything strong enough for audio.
