[IRCA] In General - TP's for 12-22-11

Heading off to the Big Island of Hawaii for 27 days in January 2012.

Taking several radios - one of them a Gary Debock super-modified Tecsun PL-310.

Will be interesting to see how bad (or how good) radio conditions are there.
