[IRCA] TP's for Monday-Tuesday 12-19-20-11

Tried  for some TP's just before midnight and was surprised to hear
5 Russian long-waves.  I have not heard 5 Russian long-waves
since October and that was around  1300-1400 utc.  Tahiti and 
JOUB 774 were also heard.

153     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 0745-0751 good signal with talk and music.
180     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 0803 very weak with Russian talk.
189     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 0753 fair signal with music.
234     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 0754 weak signal with talk.
279     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 0755 good signal with man in Russian.  
738     TAHITI, 0757 steady weak signal with a lot of splatter.
774     JAPAN, JOUB NHK 2 1159 weak signal with a lot of splatter and man in Japanese.
