[IRCA] TP's for Saturday 12/03/11

One powerful signal this morning from HLAZ 1566.  A lot of domestic splatter this morning.  
No sign of Radio Rossii on 279.  

153      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1455 good signal with music.
189      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1456 weak signal with man in Russian.
693      JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1526 fair signal with a lot of domestic splatter.
774      JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1504 poor signal with Japanese. + fair signal
            at 1424.
828      JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1515 weak signal with woman in Japanese. + fair signal
           at 1425.
1566    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1458 fair signal with man singing.
           + Great signal at 1506 with man in Chinese.
1575    THAILAND? 1510-1522 sat on channel listening to a weak signal at best
            with non VOA type programming.  Talk in Asian language with woman
            and man.
