Listened only briefly this morning at 15:05 UTC, and heard precious little.
 SF 144, A 12, K (12:00) 2.  No space weather past nor predicted for next
24 hours.

1566, 1593:  both 6 level only.

That's it!  Tomorrow, I'm lucky to host Guy Atkins from Puyallup, WA for a
couple of days.  With conditions relatively poor, I'm sure we'll have
plenty of time to chat about our favourite topic:  Radio!   73,   Walt
