[IRCA] Loggings from Portneuf, QC (mostly TAs)

Hi all,

Those are my logs from sporadic listening between Nov.14 to the 27th.  
There has been a couple of interesting dx session especially where my 
35° wire finally came to life delivering something on almost every 
split. In the past weeks, only the southerly 55° Beverage gave me 
something to cheer. The longwave band was well alive during this period 
especially with the 153 Romanian showing up regularly. Here's a nice
