Another quite amazing morning with many channels with audio though most just
above threshold. But whatever enhanced the propagation also enhanced the
domestic splatter, just about the worst in a long time. And everybody who
had IBOC made sure it was on too it seemed. But strong hets over the whole
band, switching to the high end above about 1206 toward the end. It seemed
there was audio on just about every high band channel, though just
discernible in the horrendous splatter. Imagine having a directional antenna
at the Pacific Ocean (well, having been to Grayland a couple of times with
the heavy hitter DXers, I have experienced that). Peak seemed to be around
1435-1445 utc but 1593 finally faded around 1510 utc.

utc; 567; 594; 1116 Down Under poor 1439 utc; 1134; 1143 poor; 1197; 1206;
1215; 1242; 1323; 1332; 1377; 1386; 1404; 1413; 1422; 1467; 1476; 1494;
1503; 1521; 1557; 1566 early check with it fair at 1345 utc, then
Bakersfield turned on heavy IBOC at 1400 and wiped it out, but back again
1458 utc; 1575; 1593 last to fade around 1510 utc; 1602
