Conditions down from yesterday.  Going to record the sign/off of one of the
NHK2 stations if conditions permit at 1520 utc (8:20 A.M. PDT).   At 1512 utc
it don't look good.  

153      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1354 fair signal with music and Russian talk.
189      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1355 poor signal.
279      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1356 good signal with music.
594      JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1357 fair signal with music. 
657      DPR OF KOREA, 1435 weak to fair signal with music.
693      JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1432 fair with language lesson.
738      TAHITI, 1425-1430 fair signal during this time period with music and woman in 
            French.   
747      JAPAN, JOIB NHK2 1422 fair signal with heavy KXL splatter and program below.
774      JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1413 fair signal with English Conversation program.
828      JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1414-1420 audio arrived at 1420 with above program.
            Signal fair at this time.
1323    CHINA? 1445-1446 brief audio with poor signal.
1566    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1443 believed to be the station with poor signal
            with Asian talk. 
1575    THAILAND, VOA, 1444 also poor signal with woman in Asian language.
