[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Tuesday

Quite an interesting morning on this first of November. Almost every 9kc 
channel had a good het above 1400 kHz with low band also with many hets. LF 
died out after about 1400 utc so MW was checked after that.
1476 very poor EE talk, possibly Down Under accent 1412.
1575 presumed VOA first noted 1415 continuing, 1426 poor/weak.
1548 very poor DU talk 1427, in heavy splatter.
891 5AN "ABC Adelaide" then into news 1430 poor/weak. Asian presumed Japan 
1446 poor. Later someone playing what sounded like religious instrumental 
music 1455.
594 and 693 presumed Japan, parallel programs, poor/weak 1432.
530 Adak beacon strong, SSB mode on 531, 1434 utc.
Both PNG beacons relatively strong today, 1725 GA and 1737 KUT both heard in 
SSB mode, GA stronger (better in LSB) 1440 utc.
LWBC Rossii 279 finally heard 1401 poor/weak.
