[IRCA] KAZ Re-worked

Found my MW null again. Had to take out the inductors for the power feed 
down the coax, and just feed the
balun as normal, tested with a fixed 1K resistor, great null where it 
should be. Work in progress to get a remote
variable resistance control working. Hoping for some TA prop tonight to 
give it a test.
