[IRCA] TP for 24 Oct 2011 from Victoria: Fair morning

Sorry for the delay of getting this report out, but since nothing is
propagating this morning (25th), I have the time to send this one out for
yesterday.  Apologies for the delay.  Listened only between 13:54 and
14:26.  Noted the first tier stations often at strong levels but very little
else.  SF 156 A 3, K (12:00) 1.  Minor solar storms for the past 24 hours
reaching S1.  None were predicted for the next 24 (hah!).  As always, a "6"
unless otherwise noted.

702:  6.5 level, but too much splatter at 14:16

972:  7.5 level KK at 14:04
1098:  7 level OC late
1116:  7 level Brisbane at 14:25.  Lot's of splatter.
1566:  8 level HLAZ early.
