Rick, I had my 2010 fixed by  guy in Henderson, Nevada. I had multiple issues and he fixed it. I will try and find out the name of the outfit.  My keyboard was not working, nor did the Air Band. It now has a new issue, no more direct entry for bands, I have to scroll it...a pain, but the radio works and he fixed it fine about 2 years ago. G

So much for credible customer service.  I'm not technically gifted, so I really don't feel like wanting to try to fix things myself.  Any suggestions as to where I can go from here?
