Conditions up from previous days here, but down from previous 
years for this time of the year.  Long waves have took a noise dive
from September's receptions here.  Upper channels vacant with the 
exception of HLAZ 1566.   Will give TA's a try this evening.

153       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1344-1348 fair to weak with music.
189       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1349 fair with choir singing.
279       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1350 fair with man in Russian.R
558       JAPAN, JOCR 1423 weak with woman singing opera music.
594       JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1351 fair with man in Japanese.
             Good signal at 1404.
603       REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLSA 1426 weak signal with music and
             over another station with talk.  
639       CHINA, CRN1? assuming the station with weak signal 
             fighting splatter from Bill Handle on KFI.
657       PDR OF KOREA, 1410 weak signal but stronger than // 3250.
            Good at 1427 with man in Korean.
666       JAPAN, JOBK NHK1 1428 weak with man in Japanese.
693       JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1411 good signal with English Conversation
             program.
747       JAPAN, JOIB NHK2 1412 fair with above program and KXL splatter.
774       JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1352 fair with splatter.
828       JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1353 weak signal     
1566     REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1354 very weak with talk.
            1456-1459 fair to good signal with Chinese.
