[IRCA] TP's for Thursday 10/20/11

Three Russian long waves in this morning along with a Japanese station on
531.  Assuming JOQG because of their 10 kw transmitter.  No audio at all
on the upper channels.  828 was highest that audio was heard.

153      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1332-1338 weak with talk and music.
189      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1338 good with man in Russian.
279      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1339 weak with man in Russian.  Good signal
            1345.
531      JAPAN, JOQG NHK1 1406-1409 weak signal with man in Japanese &
            // 594.   Usually local HARS stations on 530 kill any
            chances of hearing a station on 531.  
558      JAPAN, JOCR 1340 in early with very weak signal with a little 
            audio heard.
594      JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1341 weak with splatter with woman in Japanese.
774      JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1342 weak with a lot of splatter with Japanese.
            Good at 1403 with English conversation program.
828      JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1343 fair with woman in Japanese.  1404 Good signal
            with English Conversation program.
