[IRCA] TP's for Monday 10/17/11

This morning had to be the worse MW conditions for TP's in years.  Reception
was much better in mid August than this morning.  Only 1 TP made it with
audio here, JOBB 828 with a weak signal.   3 Radio Rossii long waves were
received.   Local racetrack Portland Meadows opens today, hope I can do better
there.  Can not wait to read what Gary & Guy heard at Grayland.  

153       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1339-1343 fair signal with talk and music.
189       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1343 good signal with music then talk.
279       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1344 poor signal with talk.
828       JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1415 weak at best with Japanese talk.
