[IRCA] Boise, ID TPs, Thursday

Spending a couple days in Boise at my sister's place (SW Boise) where my 
parents are now. I put a temporary active whip outside. First time to check 
out MW, but was surprised how many very strong stations Boise has, 14 over 
S9 level, 9 over S9+30 (daytime levels).
But some TP activity this morning, with many hets over the whole band. (I 
don't remember how many folks have reported TPs heard from Boise before.)
702 Asian, presumed China, poor 1335
747 Asian, presumed Japan, poor/weak 1313
774 Asian, presumed Japan, weak on peaks 1253
1566 Asian, presumed HLAZ, very poor 1310
LWBC Rossii 153, 180, 189, 234, 279, 1210-1315 utc (180 signs off 1300). Het 
on 171, close to audio; poor het on 164 Mongolia
