[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 13 Oct 2011

    Once again an Asian focus this morning, with no DU audio noted.  On 
the other hand, like yesterday, quite a number of TP carriers and the 
following in audio:

Japan:   567, 594, 693, 747, 774, 828, 1287
S.Korea: 972
China: 1206

Like yesterday, the Chinese popped up to audio level for a couple of 
minutes, this time at 1322.  The Korean on 1566 never quite made audio 
today, and 972 was only there for a few minutes.  The Japanese though, 
were already at audio at 1200, and the big guns were still there when I 
had to leave for work shortly after 1330.
