Signals vanish around 1430 with the exception of JOUB 774.

189        RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1402 weak signal with woman in Russian.
279        RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1403 fair signal with woman in Russian.
594        JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1404 weak signal with a lot of splatter.
657        DPR OF KOREA, 1405 weak with talk and // 3250.
747        JAPAN, JOIB NHK2 1406 fair with the usual KXL splatter.
774        JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1407 fair with man in Japanese along with splatter.
783        UNKNOWN, 1426 very weak with woman in Asian language. 
828        JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1408 fair with man in Japanese.
1386      JAPAN, JO?? 1417 NHK2 weak signal with Japanese.
1413      JAPAN, JOIF 1415-1416 fair at times with music and man in Japanese.
1422      JAPAN, JORF 1414 fair with man/woman in Japanese.
1467      UNKNOWN, 1411-1412 poor signal with traces of audio off & on.
1566      REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1422 weak signal with Asian language.
