[IRCA] A mixed bag tonight: ?some TA activity possible?

Interesting conditions tonight.  I'm reading some of my emails, with my
Perseus humming away in the backgound, tuned to 860 kHz.  Spanish dominates
for the most part, but then I hear CBC programming from CFPR Prince Rupert,
and also CBKF2 from Saskatoon in French.  The latter is not heard all that
often.  Each takes it's turn to dominate for a few minutes before fading
down.  Not sure who the Spanish speaker is. A northerly path seems to be
dominant tonight, which might mean a few TAs???......Walt Salmaniw,
