[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Tuesday (poor)

Poor today; lots of hets but little audio. My "mostly no splatter" 891 
channel had Down Under, perhaps a little Asian now and then, but all in all 
never rose to much above very poor/poor level. Both 5AN and 4TAB on 891, 
neither being dominant for a time as usually happens. TOH 1400 had "Radio 
TAB" in there. 1566 presumed HLAZ with woman speaking with soft piano 
background music fading up and down, very poor/poor at best, 1347 utc.
LWBC Rossii a little better today, 153, 180, 189, 234, 279 at 1224 utc. Het 
on 171 and on 164 but both went away after 1300 utc.
Overall not very good today.
