[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 10-10-11

Listened from 1305-1333 utc heard carriers on the top and bottom part of the band and some with audio.  No t-storm noise and with the cool weather the noise level is way down.
 
279    Radio Rossii hrd at 1313 utc with talk.
774    JOUB hrd at 1318 with JJ talk.
1566  HLAZ hrd at 1320 utc with talk.
