Hello To All,

Good propagation along with an almost non-existant noise level environment
produced some exciting results last evening. Three new entries were added to the
overall ULR log as well as one new for the "Hope" ledger. Trans- Atlantic
propagation here has carried on well into the wee hours of the morning lately.
