[IRCA] TP for 8 Oct 2011 from Victoria: A mixed bag

Listened this morning from 13:11 to 14:21.  Down from yesterday's very good
reception, although there were a few surprises.  A better DU morning for me,
but not great.  Same can be said for Asia. Koreans were a wee bit stronger
than usual for me. Overall a little of everything.  Not bad, but not great
either.  SF 122, A 7, K (12:00) 1.  No space weather past nor predicted for
the next 24 hours.  As always, a "6" unless otherwise noted:
