[IRCA] TP's for Monday 10/03/11

Couple of second tier Japanese stations heard this morning.  Unknown station on 1575
with no ID at 1400.  Japanese powerhouse stations all decent levels at 1415.  Two of
the strongest Russian long-waves heard this morning.  

153         RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1304 good signal with woman in Russian.
279         RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1314 fair with music on second scan through band.
558         JAPAN, JOCR 1404 fair with music, followed by man in Japanese.
594         JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1315 fair with man in Japanese and heavy KUGN splatter.
              Good at 1339.
657         DPR OF KOREA, 1340-1345 music at 1345 weak signal & // 3250.
666         JAPAN, JOBK 1346-1348 weak with Japanese talk at 1347.
693         JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1308 fair with man in Japanese with a lot of splatter.
              Good at 1406.
774         JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1317 fair with man in Japanese and heavy splatter. Good at
              1407 with English Conversation lessons.
828         JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1318-1323 weak audio at 1323 then faded to carrier.  Fair at
              1408 with English Conversation lessons. 
1575       UNKNOWN, 1355-1402 weak techno music with no ID TOH.  Best on
              High Performance Active Whip.
