[IRCA] 1080 In Santa Cruz Ca with Coast to Coast with Art Bell

I just tuned 1080 kHz and there is a sports station atop the channel.  I  would guess  it's KFXX "The Fan" Portland, OR.  
A couple stations underneath.  I'am about 34 miles North of Portland as the crow flies.
