[IRCA] Tentative reception of 1030 White Bluff TN

Was looking overnight for the needed Twin Cities station on 1030 that was
reportedly on day power but only Boston and a faint signal under.  Not sure
of the format, either classic country or Southern Gospel.  At 0416 edt, I
heard what sounded like "Your home for great (fade) .... WKTA Whitestown."
Unless this is a rebroadcast, my best bet is White Bluff, TN.

Any other ideas?  TN would be a relog but new for the ULR book.
