[IRCA] Soft Spanish ballads on 940

Saul, could that possibly be XEYJ in Sabinas, Mexico?  I logged them here back on August 17th, although I can't recall now what the music format was that I heard.

I'm getting soft Spanish ballads before and after 0600 (faded at TOH) on 940. Not Mex City as that's off frequency. And beam is more sw than towards Cuba. Saul @ Burnt River ON
