[IRCA] Brier, WA TP's Tuesday 9/27/2011

Very poor conditions prevailed this morning, such a disappointment after yesterday's very good results here.  Used the same unattended recording times and durations as yesterday, 1 or 2 minute Perseus recordings at 1159, 1259, 1324 and 1341 UTC.  Wellbrook loop remained on the Asian (NW) loop. Most of the JA "big guns" were weak hets or totally absent.
