 Hi Allan, When you go out on your DX trip do you ever take a larger receiver that is big enough to run on D cells and which has a bit more pull than an ultra light pocket radio? What could you pull in with a more sensitive and selective receiver without the assistance from a longwire antenna.I hope you'll send in a report with results of what a big rig can do with the TAs. Glad to see 1008 from Holland in your latest lineup again.Bill in BC
