A lot of noise on long-wave this morning.  Asian stations were still coming
in after sunrise.  Interesting morning.  

153         RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1246-1249 fair to weak with music and talk.
180         RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1250 fair with man in Russian.
189         RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1250.5 good with Don Mclean's "American Pie"
              (they played half the song).
279         RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1254 fair with a lot of noise with Russian talk.  Good
              at 1306 with man Russian and signal above noise.
558         JAPAN, JOCR 1408 another late weak signal with Japanese talk.
594         JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1351 fair with man in Japanese.  
657         DPR OF KOREA, 1353 fair with women singing and //  3250.
603         REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLSA 1337 weak with woman singing.
675         VIETNAM? 1356 weak with woman in Asian language.  Faded before // 5975 check.
693        JAPAN, JOAB 1406 in late with weak signal with woman/man in Japanese. 
774        JAPAN, JOUB 1258-1301 weak with pips 1300 and a lot of splatter.
828        JAPAN, JOBB 1308 fair with man in Japanese.
1008      JAPAN, JONR?  1331-1334 very weak with woman singing song. Language? Splatter
             became heavy and signal faded.
1323      CHINA, CRI 1342-1343 briefly with man in Korean (Pals) and weak signal.
1566      REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1340 signal almost good with woman in Japanese.
1575      THAILAND, VOA 1348-1350 weak to fair with man in Asian language.
