[IRCA] KWPC-860 running day power late

A heads-up for Midwestern DXers....250-watt KWPC-860 in Muscatine, Iowa is running day power well after sunset.  Just heard here at 2020 CLT with oldies from Janis Ian, Morris Albert, Jimmy Buffett, and and ID as "...KWPC, the Voice of Muscatine."
