[IRCA] Second Most Wanted Oregon Station Heard

KHIR 1340 Hood River was heard this afternoon at 5:35 PM PDT.  This was the 
second closest Oregon station that I had not heard at 67 miles.  Country music and a call
letter ID.  Now after the closest Oregon station Astoria's KKEE 1230 at 49 miles.
