[IRCA] 738 Tahiti

Particularly strong reception tonight from RFO at 05:50 UTC with talk in
French.  Even the splatter from 730 Vancouver doesn't seem to be as bad.
 None of my antennae favour Tahiti, but best on my 305 degree Pennant.
