[IRCA] ULR DX.....One New Station heard at SUNSET tonight..............

Hi Guys:

   One New Station heard tonight at SUNSET ....but I think the Station I heard (1140 WRLV) should have been off the air?? They are a 1 KW Daytimer....and I heard them @ 2015 EDT. It was dark here by then, and they are South East of me!!  Maybe they go off the air @ 2030 EDT this time of year??? In any event....they were still on @ 2015 EDT tonight. They are New to both the ULR and OVERALL LOGS.

Also heard a CALL CHANGE RELOG for both Logs as well............
