[IRCA] TP for 7 Sep from Victoria, BC

Checking the dial  from 1300 to 1330UT  (conditions seemed pretty 
reasonable here, but not as outstanding as others seemed to find it, 
though a couple of unusual "barely there" audios; perhaps recording 
stopped too early)

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

not this time


reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

1566 HLAZ w/ mx 1320-1325UT


not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be
understood by a native speaker

747 JOIB //774 at 1311
972 likely HLCA at various times; big carrier, same as last year
1053 the Korean jammer at various times
1287 JOHR w/JJ at 1317UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

594 JOAK pips at 1300
774 JOUB; probably there were times when this was stronger, but I 
didn't catch them
828 JOBB likely
954 JOKR? at 1328
1134 ? at 1314UT
1188 ?  at 1315UT
1251 ?  at 1316UT
1332 JOSF? at 1318UT



Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

various including 1206 and 1512
