[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 7 Sep 2011

      Interesting to read about the very good conditions this morning 
on the coast.  Sadly, they didn't spread across the mountains into 
Alberta.    Did have my first definite reception of 5AN on 891 for the 
new season, with ABC news shortly after 1230, but that was the only 
audio observed.    Quite a few carriers, seemingly DU in origin rather 
than Asian, but only 747 had any strength.    A quick check this evening 
only showed one TA carrier, that being on 783.   Best on the east wire, 
so possibly Mauritania.
