[IRCA] LW are stealing the show for TAs

Among many good signals last night over the long wave band, on 171 KHz 
interestingly, Kaliningrad has been mixing with Morocco around 01:50 UT. 
Listen how the Maghrebian station was affected by Radio Rossii pushing 
by. Usually, long wave propagation varies very slowly but when the 
following happens, you know that something is going on. The horrible 
white noise you'll hear is coming from DLF Kultur 177 in its DRM segment:

The same phenomenon is happening right now at 02:00 UTC as I'm writing 
you for those of you who might want to give a try.
