[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Friday

First morning since spring that I heard 6 LWBC Radio Rossii signals, 153, 
171, 180, 189, 234, 279 at 1200 utc. Static was less-continuous than usual 
and that was probably the main factor. Later 279 came up to S7-9 level, 153 
at S3-5 level. Weak het on 164 Mongolia, also only noticed due to 
non-continuous static.
Didn't check MW until very late but 891 Australia faded up briefly at 1324 
utc.
