[IRCA] DX Tip for WDXR

While looking for CKGR Golden BC before they move to FM, I heard these,
but no CKGR as yet.

1400   KSPT   ID, Sandpoint with "Northern Idaho's Talk KSPT nd KBFI" at
0205 EDT 8/22. (PM-OR)

1400  CKNL1   BC, Clearwater, on top briefly with man "N-L" IDs at 0155
EDT 8/22. (PM-OR)

1400   CIOR    BC, Princeton, good briefly on top at 0159 with "E-Z
Rock" promos and CIOR Princeton and CKOR Penticton 8/22. (PM-OR)

Nothing new, but a few GYer catches. Still loking for CKGR though.
