Pete,
The Russian is 1710 not 1700 and yes indeed it is there nightly here.
Also noted their weak carrier during the day off the NE EWE.
KKXA 1520 is indeed IBOC. Off the NE EWE last night, the IBOC did a
number on KGA 1510 and KFBK 1530, as KFBK running IBOC does a number on
1520 and 1540.
