I knew once you got out of the RF of the PDX Metro area, your daytime DX
would pick up. KSWB really improved for you! How about KKEE-1230 or
KAST-1370?
 CKMO is about S9 here too days. Here I get either KIXI or KWIP,
depending on the antenna.
