Use any one of the 4 pairs as a balanced line. Cat 5 has distance limitations at RF, so this approach probably needs to be kept to under 75 feet if you're working about 30 mhz.

Me too !! Please write one and with pictures if possible and I remain very confused about how to use CAT5 as a coax replacement since it has 4 sets of twisted pair.
