Hi Tim,
Thanks for your overview on Souix Falls AM market. 
KXRB occasionally makes it in here at in Woodbury, MN at night usually in the wintertime. Chicago and OKC are not particularly strong. 
KSOO comes in weakly daytime but is obliterated by KFAN. At night I've never heard them.
1230 rarely makes it in here at night. On a gy note, 1450 KYNT is the most common gy from South Dakota often dominating the channel at night.
KELO has a good SSS and SRS signal, and at night they are weakly mixing w/KOZY. 1520 does come in occasionally SRS/SSS. I occasionally  listen to their stream.
