[IRCA] 1710 station lately

Below is my original logging of the Spanish speaking station on 1710 kHz.  We're moving from this location 
on July 20 so all my outdoor antennas are down, have the Space Magnet available to use.

At 1215 A.M. PDT 07/01/11 Spanish is being heard on 1710 kHz with man and woman talking and playing music.
Signal ranges from 20-40 db with deep fading at times.  First time here that Spanish has been 
heard on 1710 kHz.  Receiver is a R-390 A connected to the High Performance active whip.
