[IRCA] NE Oregon Pacifics, Wednesday

Since Gary DeBock is in Lincoln City listening at the beach this week, I
checked for AMBC signals this morning--it's that time of year again and some
DUs heard. Lots of hets with some audio caught.
738 Tahiti poor/weak, clear French talk 1205 utc; 855 poor Australia; 891
Australia peaking weak/medium 1227 utc with old-time male vocal "Make
Someone Happy"; 1107 Australia poor; 1116 Australia poor/weak. Everything
gone but poor hets after 1230 utc.
1710 very poor with off-frequency 1709.934 occasional audio, not the Puget
Sound Russian religious station which is mostly on-frequency.
LWBC Radio Rossii 180, 279 both weak 1132 utc.
