[IRCA] DX Tip for WDXR (KXPD-1040)

1040  KXPD   OR, Tigard, caught on the air testing with old time radio
show from the 40s at 1445 EDT 6/9. Good signal at S9. Apparently trying
to keep the license alive.  KXOR 660 was testing with SS programming
last week.  (PM-OR)
